CEC Sessions can be found by clicking on the SCHEDULE button above. 

The 2017 Florida ASLA State Conference will feature a “Build You Own CEC Schedule”. This means you will simply walk into any of the classes that you wish to attend and they will scan your name badge, which will contain all your information in the form of a digital QR Code. This will insure that you receive credit for the classes that you attend and should provide a smoother process overall. 


For hotel reservations, use this link HOTEL RESERVATIONS or call (888) 543-1277 to reach the Boca Raton Resort & Club preferred central booking line for the conference. Prompt who is assisting you by notifying them that you are with the "American Society of Landscape Architects, Florida Chapter". Standard room rates are $170 per night.

Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received by May 13, 2017. Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued for written requests before June 1, 2017. Due to financial obligations incurred by FLASLA, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests after June 1, 2017. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. "No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Your registration may be transferred to another colleague if you provide written authorization. Cancellation Policy:

All payments must be received 1 month prior to the event or the reservation is considered forfeit. Cancellations received more than two months in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 2 months prior to the conference will receive a credit to be applied to a future conference minus a 20% processing fee. "No Shows" to the event forfeit all payments.
