18 Holes of Local Treasure: A golf tournament and players tour of the Audobon International Certified Gold Signature Sanctuary at Raptor Bay Golf Club, Hyatt Regency, Coconut Point - Tour 5 (2 CEC - DBPR #11022)

Bound on its western edge by mangroves and a salt water slough and on its eastern edge by a freshwater slough, the Sanctuary and core Golf routing runs through the upland pine flat woods and adjacent scrub habitat of our unique western Florida coast.  By way of pre-golf introduction by staff, playing the golf course and the tournament, including an on course educational signage and informational yardage book that serves as guidance and an 18-hole Q&A resource, participants will take a self-guided educational tour of an Audubon Sanctuary Golf Course truly rooted in our community and environment. Tournament Registration Includes: 2 CECs for LA’s with return of self-guided tour sheet, morning coffee/juice bar, trolley from the resort, greens fees, cart rental, range balls, golf participant in-cart gift bag, long drive/closest to the pin contest, putting contest, bag handling, scorecards, cart signs and shot gun start.



Golfers will have the opportunity to compete in one of three "flights".  The first flight is a Section Flight is for foursomes representing their Section, one foursome per Section, selected by the Section Chair.  The second flight is a Conference Flight is open to all conference and individual sponsor participants.  The third flight is a Sponsors Flight is for the sponsor teams participating through the sponsorships listed below.

 



Individual Golfer Contributions:

  • Mulligans - $20 for 3 mulligans (one per player)

  • Strings - $5 for three feet of putting string to be used on putting greens to advance putts toward the hole.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Tournament Sponsorship – Title Sponsor for the tournament - $ 2,000

Includes:

  • Two Foursomes
  • Main sign at the registration table
  • One Tee Sign
  • Sponsor provides promotional items at sign-in and for golf cart bags
    (i.e. branded golf balls, golf towel, shirts, etc.).


Breakfast Sponsorship – Coffee/Juice Bar and Bagels - $ 1,200

Includes:

  • One Foursome
  • Sign at the Coffee/Juice Bar
  • Sponsor provides promotional items at juice bar and for golf cart bags (i.e. branded golf balls, golf towel, shirts, etc.).


Putting Contest Sponsor – Long putt contest between 9 and 10 holes - $ 1,000


Includes:
  • One Foursome
  • Sign at the putting green
  • Sponsor provides promotional items at for golf cart bags (i.e. branded golf balls, golf towel, shirts, etc.).


Vendor Sponsorships – Golf Course Tee Sponsor and Foursome - $ 750

Includes:

  • One Foursome
  • One Tee Sign


Long
Drive Sponsorships - $350
 
Includes:

  • One Tee Sign


Closest to the Pin Sponsorships - $250

Includes:

  • One Tee Sign


Non-Exhibitor Tee Sponsorship – Golf Course Tee Sponsors - $ 150

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities:

  • Donations of Items for In-Cart Gift Bags:
    To promote business to the players, 100 bags will be assembled with identical contents. Items such as logo koozies, golf tees, logo golf balls, logo water bottles, etc. would be welcome.

  • Donations of Tournament Prizes or Raffle Prizes: 
    To promote business to the players and those attending the tournament awards, prizes for tournament players and to be used for silent auction tables may be donated. Items such as dinner certificates, gift baskets, certificates for rounds of golf, golf equipment, tour certificates, Clyde Butcher framed images or books, etc. given in the name of your company are examples of these prizes.
